Comprehensive initial evaluation
A 60-minute video visit covering your history, symptoms, goals, and any prior treatment. Validated screening tools establish a clear baseline before any diagnosis.
A plan you understand
You leave the first visit knowing your working diagnosis, the options on the table, and the reasoning behind the recommendation — medication, therapy referral, or both.
Ongoing, continuous follow-up
Regular check-ins track your trajectory with the same measurement tools, so adjustments are driven by data — not guesswork — and your history is never lost between visits.

Collaboration over prescription
A medication is a tool, not a solution. Treatment plans are built with you — not handed to you. You'll understand your diagnosis, your options, and the rationale before leaving the first appointment.
Continuity as clinical strategy
Rotating through different providers resets the clock on your care. Panel sizes are kept deliberate so the provider you see knows your full history and remembers what worked last time.
Measurement-based care
Symptoms are tracked with validated tools at every visit — PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, ASRS. Treatment decisions are informed by data, not just impressions. If something isn't working, the numbers show it early.

Telehealth psychiatry is regulated by where you are located at the time of your visit. We can only treat patients physically present in a state where our providers are licensed.
