Common questions
Do you accept insurance?
Elite Mind Wellness is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds. Upon request, we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How do telehealth appointments work?
All appointments are conducted via secure HIPAA-compliant video. You'll receive a link before each visit. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection.
Can you prescribe controlled substances via telehealth?
Yes, for established patients with clinically appropriate diagnoses, we can prescribe Schedule IV and Schedule V controlled substances. DEA telehealth prescribing regulations apply and vary by state.
What states do you serve?
Elite Mind Wellness is currently licensed and actively seeing patients in California and New Mexico. We are pursuing licensure in additional states — join the waitlist to be notified when we open in yours.
