Go/No-Go Attention Exercise

A short, timed exercise in sustained attention and impulse control: respond to the GO signal, and hold back on the STOP signal. It's a practice activity for curiosity — not a test, score, or diagnosis.

GO (green)

When you see the GO signal, respond as quickly as you can — press Space, or tap the play area.

STOP (red)

When you see the STOP signal, hold back — don't respond.

The run lasts about two minutes; the pace picks up in the second half.
