Digit span: a working memory exercise
An educational exercise that shows how working memory holds and reorders short sequences. Not a test, score, or diagnosis.
Working memory is how you briefly hold information in mind and work with it. Digits will flash one at a time. First you'll type them back in the same order (forward), then in reverse (backward). It takes a few minutes.
