Women's Mental Health

Mental health care made for women

Evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and treatment for anxiety, PMDD, perinatal mood, and more — via secure telehealth visits in the privacy of your home.

Common reasons women reach out

These experiences are more than stress. They have names, clinical underpinnings, and effective treatments.

Anxiety & depression

Often dismissed as stress, anxiety and depression in women carry real neurobiological weight — and respond well to targeted, evidence-based care.

PMDD

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder goes far beyond PMS. Mood shifts that reliably track your cycle deserve evaluation — and have effective treatments.

Perinatal mood

Postpartum depression, antepartum anxiety, and postpartum OCD are common, treatable, and deeply under-recognized. Support should not require a crisis.

Perimenopause & menopause

Hormonal transitions drive real psychiatric symptoms — mood dysregulation, sleep disruption, concentration changes. Mental health care belongs in that conversation.

Trauma & relationship stress

Trauma rewires nervous system response. Trauma-informed psychiatric care addresses the biological dimension alongside the work of therapy.

Burnout & life transitions

Caregiving, career shifts, and identity changes compound over time. Burnout that doesn't resolve may have a psychiatric component worth exploring.

How we work with you

Time to be heard

Initial evaluations run 60 minutes — long enough to understand your full history, not just your chief complaint. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes and unhurried.

Grounded in evidence

Every recommendation rests on validated clinical tools and current research. You will know what we are measuring, why, and how it guides your care.

Private and convenient

Secure, HIPAA-compliant video from wherever you are comfortable. No waiting rooms, no commute, no rescheduling around a parking spot.

What to expect

  1. Book your first evaluation

A 60-minute intake covers your history, current symptoms, and goals. We use validated screening tools and walk through all clinical options with you.

  2. Receive a clear care plan

After the evaluation you receive a written diagnosis, a treatment plan, and a prescription when clinically appropriate — all discussed openly before you leave.

  3. Stay supported over time

Follow-up visits every 30–90 days keep your care current. Secure messaging is available between visits for non-urgent clinical questions.
